Potential Dubnoff employees are adults with a strong desire to help challenged and disadvantaged youth. They possess great patience, compassion, and a strong sense of self.  Potential employees must be able to multi-task and think on their feet, be proactive, and firm--yet fair.  Working with challenged youth is a high-energy job with great intrinsic rewards for those who prove talented and capable.
